This Privacy Policy explains how getto (“getto”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use our hardware wallet and companion application. We are committed to data minimisation: because getto is a self-custody product, we are designed to know as little about your funds as technically possible.

getto never collects, transmits, or stores your private keys or 24-word recovery phrase. These are generated and kept on your device and never reach our servers.

  • Account details — if you create an account: your name, email address, and a hashed password.
  • Support messages — the contents of emails or forms you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data — browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and approximate region, used to keep the site secure and improve it.

Information we do not collect

  • Private keys, recovery phrases, or PINs.
  • Custody of any digital assets.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain your account and the companion app.
  • Respond to your support requests.

getto is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
